Guess where the name "arena red" came from....

Think Rome, 100 BC, gladiators......

The sand in the coliseum that was used to soak up the blood, took on that dark red color, hence Arena Red.

Nice Italy trivia there OE.

I love that color - I had a poster of the 993 turbo in that color (or similar dark red/wine color) in my room at college.

Carmon Red is a very rich looking color. I like it a lot. It is relatively unique, and that alone makes it "special." I wouldn't worry about resale. All it takes is one person who likes it as much as you do.
