Default Got a P1275 reading on an OBD II reader...

is this serious? Something to do with the 5th cylinder or O2 sensor? My car runs fine, nothing out of the normal.

Your asked this same question on 6speed and I answered you there. It is an O2 sensor that did not run the full range of voltage. Could be a fluke and never happen again or could be the sensor is aging. Ther is no imminent danger. Just drive the car. If it happens again, replace the sensor.

It has nothing to do with an individual cylinder.
