Default Weighted Center Caps Mounted On Ball Bearings?

Has anyone ever seen weighted center caps? the idea would be to put a bearing inside the center whole and attach the center cap to a shaft that ran through the bearing, then weight the bottom of the centercap.... if you do it right you should have the porsche emblem on the wheels stay upright at all times, should look super cool.
I have some ideas on how to do it but I figured I would see if anyone else has heard of such a thing?

Thanks
AC

wow, 600 bucks, I think I can make them for less than 100 +cost of center caps, it should be pretty simple.... im thinking skateboard wheel bearings....

Youll have to wait on the umbrellas... A) I dont own one and B) one thing at a time
