Hey M3killa.... what kind of chip upgrade do you have to take advantage of the 200 cell cats? are you losing any bottom end but gaining at the top end?

Noticed a huge drop in low power when the bypass was installed first. Noticed a huge gain in power all over after chipping and intake. The headers and high flow cats were added after the fact. I know have a custom fabricated complete exhaust with headers using merge collectors to high flow cats straight back to large 4.5" tips. My car is wicked..........

Choi, where'd you go? My friend's bimmer sold for cheap huh? and you thought the 996 had crappy resale.........................

I've actually been thinking about having my system made in china for resale and calling m3killa!!!! I think the whole thing could be less than a $1k if made in volume by cheap labor! I'll then plaster made in the usa stickers on the boxes...........

I'm using cats for some back pressure and to silence the open exhaust a "little". I like it.

I had 100 cell cats installed on a 2001 cabriolet made by Dansk. I purchased these through Performance Products. You may want to check out Fabspeed as well and see if they have 200 cell. Most definately need to remap ecu to increase low end torque. A word of caution, your enginse will sound much louder after the cats are installed. Some of my friends found the car too loud espeacially with top down driving.

I did my ecu through evoms. It did not throw any cel. To be honest with you I did not notice a big difference in performance, especially considering the cost. I can not tell you about the smog test since we do not have this requirement in Miami. With respect to performance, I think that with good muffllers, headers, intake and ecu re-mapping is about the most you are going to get out of a normally aspirated engine.
