top speed

184MPH on Speedo and 178MPH on GPS. Tried to attach pictures, but got an error message saying the file size was too large so I will try reducing the resolution and give it a shot later.

136 on I-5 early in morning. Wife started figiting and cars were ahead so had to slow down. It had no hesitation in going faster that was for sure. I believe my top speed is stated at 186.

For fun drive your cars at 4000 rpms in 6th and see what your speedos read. It could be interesting to see how accurate they are. When you report your speed, also report what tires you have on back. Size and brand or just diameter if you know it.

I hit 142 last night leaving a super bowl party when my girl (who was intoxicated) told me she felt like she had to puke. Not in my p car. Got to the bathroom just in a nick of time.

6th gear at 4000 RPM
105 MPH
Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport
Front 205/50/17
Rear 255/40/17
I will be putting on new wheels and tires this week. The new tires are Continental Contisports Contract 2 and the rear are 265/40/18. The overall diameter goes from 25.03 in to 26.34 in. Will this change my speedometer reading? Is there any way to dial in the correct speed on the speedometer?

Got 162.3 on the radar gun, versus an indicated 167-168 on the dash. There wasn't a whole lot of power left above 160, but there was a headwind and ~5000 feet of altitude.
