WTF???? I left for work right after I posted my response at 10:09 A.M. and just got home a short while ago (10:15 P.M.) I drive to various sites during the day and evening, so I don't have access to the 'net when I'm working.

Dell, thanks for "filling in" for me with the banner. That banner is a b!tch to hang, isn't it! All those little smiley f*ckers never want to stay in the correct order. See Dell, all this time you thought my job was easy, didn't you!

 

I have Savanna Beige interior and the paint chips off really easy (just a fingernail pick is all it takes). I searched high and low without success. There's no code, no touch-up available that's matched. I even went to several body shops and they checked without success (even called PCNA).

So I looked through my wife's craft paints and got something close to match.

I'm at the point of taking these bits out and replacing them with fake wood or sanding them and painting them to have the aluminum look.

It's the most disappointing aspect of my car. Cheap paint on cheap plastic.

Nope! Can't say I did that. Never really thought that's where I'd get the paint.

 

yep from the sounds of it Tippy, yours is Savannah beige too. i have this interior too but have yet to have the mentioned issue...

I am without a digital camera now, I will have to wait until my friend gets home from work w/his. I assure you guys the pics are not going to be exciting, just chipped plastic.

 

We're very visual and pics of Porsches are almost as good as pics of women!!
