what year..i have a 3.2 and think about getting a 996..do you miss the 3.2(sound,feel,smell)i am sure that the 996 is a nice change..good luck,j

Welcome! Just coming from a 993 in the fall, it's a big change. Luckily, I had a Boxster before, so there was a comforting familiarity (with a 100 HP kick in the pants!

87 Carrera. but I don't miss it, I kept it
I have to upgrade the 996 with sport exhaust to get the sound but the car is awesome.

Right, MY 02, 17000 mkiles awesome car. My 4th P and obviously the best, has Xeon lights, all leather, 3 spoke wheel, bose. Going to add suspension upgrade, sport exhaust and new wheels!
