Traded C4S wheels for GT2 wheels
Since the fenders are the same for C4S and the GT2, I'm guessing the wheel exchange will not require any modifications, though I suspect the height of a 315/30-18 - 235/40-18 set (my C4S is 295/30-18 - 225/40-18) will cause a slight speedometer bias.
Has anyone done this? Or used the GT2 size and offset for a 2S/4S?
Thanks

Thanks:
I have the Euro front springs and struts, and the US rear springs and shocks, for what I consider to be the best compromise between sport and comfort. Since the rear is way high for a GT2, I suspect I will not need to roll the fenders, but I'll be sure to check after install.
Actually, this is great news; I always thought the wheel wells needed to be filled a little bit more on the 996 C4S/Turbo.

I have row C4S springs F&R and the rears still arent as low as the GT2 looks to be.
But the filling of the fender isnt the problem with a 12 in wheel, they may scrape the fender lip when compressed all the way. They had to have a reason that they rolled the GT2 fender.
