Personally, I can't imagine anyone really wanting to steal one of these.

Gant, I replaced mine this summer and bought a Bosch Premium Gold battery - it's holding up well under trickle charge in the garage. I bought it from Pep Boys.

Like others have chimed in already, a replacement battery is readily available at your local auto parts store. As with the radio security code, just call your dealer's service dept. They'll have you push a couple of buttons on the faceplate to get the serial #, and with that, they'll be able to retrieve the code for you. It took all of 5 minutes when I had it done long ago.
I believe that the optima is better and lighter but needs modification to the battery tray to fit. Search the battery installation posts for help. Also you need a vent tube like the original!!
turn the key on radio says code, hold the tp button untill it beeps and says becker scroll trhough the display until you get a serial number, wriet down the srial number and pm it to me and ill get youd code for you
