Default 17" ten spoke wheel weight?

Anyone know how much the 2002 996 17" OEM ten spoke rims weigh?

Don't you have a bathroom scale? It might not be accurate down low, so stand on it to find your own weight, then stand on it with the wheel. It occurs to me know that I'm half done writing this that the wheels are on your car with tire mounted already? Sorry I'm of no use!

I don't know, but I know if you email WheelEnhancement.com, they'll answer your question.

They were great answering mine; I just don't have the money for what I want right now.

Porsche actually put a fair amount of technology into these wheels, hence their light weight for being cast. They are made from a light magnesium alloy.

I would be quite surprised to hear that it is made of magnesium. Pressure cast aluminum probably, but certainly not magnesium.
