The thing I noticed is that when my car was in the shop recently for about two weeks, it dramatically cut back on my Rennlist checking. I was even going a full 24-48h without.
Ugh, and now finals are causing the same thing.
But other than that... 5 times/day? Depends on how interesting things shape up to be. There are definitely slow days.
