Default '99 996 Anything to look for?

I currently have a 3.2 Carrera and have the opportunity to purchase a '99 996 with @ 80k. It is a tiptronic and it slips in top gear, but other gears are fine. Is there anything else I should look out for, other than the RMS?

on a 99

rms leak, but on tiptronic trans car that slips i would suspect the rms leak is more likely the transmission pump leaking out the fluid they tend to do that about 80-90k miles
spark plug tubes leak
coolant tank leak
cam cover leaks

Id plan on a new trans if its slipping 10k give or take installed

All I know it that the tranny slips in 5th. I haven't driven the car, but was told that by the service manager. Other than that, there is no RMS leak or anything else wrong with the car. As for the tranny, I was told $9500 from the dealer.
