My favorite are the B&M Short shifter, V-flow intake and flash. After that an exhaust of some kind and some PSS9s....

I did try one of those on both our shop 996TT and shop 996. I forgot who makes them but I personally didn't see any gains on the dynos. It's kinda a lot of work for not very much. The V-flow intake is quick, easy etc.. to install and plus it sounds great too.

What about a supercharger? Seems to me that by the time you've finished adding all the other stuff mentioned you are at least part way there, and haven't seem any really significant gains.

It would be interesting to see a "BHP/$" chart for these mods, if anyone has ever done one.

The blower is fun and we've done plenty of them but it's not cheap The list above is some power and some suspension mods together so.... THe BHP/$ thing is a nice idea too

Chip, intake, exhaust bypass, cat bypass or high flow, headers, suspension lowering, lightweight battery, LWF with relief gizmo on case, Carbon Fiber hood, as much weight removal as possible by changing seats, removal of spare tire and tool kit, removal of factory exhaust, rear seats if you have them, console delete, and very light weight wheels, PCCB if you can afford, that's my list anyways............... I'm sure it can be added to greatly! Many will say these mods do little others will say the opposite. Nobody can deny weight reduction, it's easy speed. Good luck.
