I was on a bachelor party once and ate a whole habanero at dinner on a bet - sounds stupid now but a guy bet me $10 I would not eat it. I ate it, then offered double to the next guy who ate one. This went on for a while until 5 of us had eaten one raw. WOW that was rough.

That's what I do, I eat them raw too, but with food, of course.
Sliced and marinated in soya sauce, goes well with any meat.
