Alpine 9861 Install

So my new Alpine 9861 came in today and I realized something....now I have to install it. Does anyone have a few tips or tricks to installing this head unit in the p-car?

Just start ripping stuff out, when the radio no longer works you're on the right track.

But I want to make it work! Removing the porsche HU was easy. The alpine actually needs some care!

Also, is there a trim piece to fit around the head unit?
