I'll pay I'll pay!
I don't have my code cards because the jerk who traded the car didn't include them. 2002 C4S CD based Nav. Amazing how useless it is. I like integrated Nav systems, but the instant obsolescence astonishes me.

I have a set of the BMW North America discs I could donate a copy of from my 2003 Range Rover. I think it is 4-5 disks, but I am not sure if that would be helpful.
I have done quite a bit of reading about this same topic on my Range Rover forum, (they too have unsupported versions from NavTech) but at least there is an updated DVD unit available for that car that is still supported by NavTech (the one they use in the X5 and others). Is something like that available for the 996 users?
Also, as a guy who had to replace his 996 engine at 53K miles, I can ASSURE you that porsche does NOT care about owners. This was my third P-car and that pulled no weight.

That's what I like about Porsche Nav and sound systems.....traditional technology. They'd still be using tube radios and a 4x6 dash speaker if the Japanese didn't shame them out of it.
