Stop in at any AutoZone, they've got these wipers. Look 'em up in the Bosch book if you need to but it's a standard stocked item.
You don't replace the wiper arms, the blades (and the blade holder) has a standard clip type connection where it attached to the metal arm.
I also have the Bosch Micro edge and they're very good wipers.

Three Wheelin'
I'm really keen to give these a shot since the blade holder (as you say) as a new design that is flatter and supposedly better than the multiple metal components of the past. Let's see if Autozone can really get them in for me.
