I've had a set of lowering mounts for about three months now, but I couldn't fit them to my GT3 seats due to some recalcitrant Torx bolts. I finally got round to buying a nice new T40 bit to replace my tired old one, and a can of Canned Air. Ta-Da! By using the can upside-down to freeze the bolts, I could get them out with only the torque of a ratchet screwdriver, whereas previously even a 10" bar wouldn't move them before the bit cammed out.
I drove to work this morning in my newly-lowered seat, relishing my ability to see the top of the rev-counter for the first time. Track days should also be a lot more comfortable!

Glad you got that fixed. I know how frustrating that can be. Been there, done that.
I ran across an ad for this stuff (haven't tried it yet), it may be a good idea to keep a can handy for next time:
