So, did you ask him why in the world he felt the need to lie (or single you out) and give you a ticket you didn't deserve?

Man, it was hard enough to supress all of that in the courtroom while using internet court tactics. So after court I was relieved, calm and didn't want to get worked up on the way home, especially since he and I would be sharing the same highway home. Not to mention the 20 other times I've been pulled over for such other things like "almost running a red light" or "passing a police officer while he's doing 15mph in a 25mph zone with a glock 17 pointed at my forehead after I pulled over" and my favorite while visiting in Miami "fit the discription of bank robbers who robbed a back 15 hrs earlier". All this Leads me to understand exactly why he gave me the ticket. I do want to mention there are 10 of 34 times I've been pulled over for legit reasons two of which include speeds over 100mph where I receive no tickets..

Well, more like a pull over magnet. I've only received 8 tickets in my life, 3 of which are parking tickets.

I too have the mystery digital speedo issue on my 2000 C2. Funny enough, the analog speedo is spot on at all speeds. The digital speedo reads 4-5 mi higher at anything above 15mph. Confirmed with Garmin C330 GPS.

Those craaaazy Germans.

How do we know GPS's are accurate? Also, my GPS registers half MPH's unlike our digital speedo's.

My experience with the Garmin is that they are pretty darn accurate on Ford's, Chevy, BMW, Volvo, Lexus and my Malibu Boat, Oh, by the way the are friggin super accurate on a Super King Air 300 screaming at 350 kts. On my 02 C4S the accuracy is suspect. I can't understand why they would over-enginer a cup holder or those special amber lights that light up our footwells and ingition switches and still have spedo issues. No harm no foul. Still am super happy @ on the 241 north to Lake Forest, running hard, clear roads, no cops and having a great time at 0630 this am.

Using my handheld GPS, I've noticed an 7% overread. No big deal.

Could it be the conversion between metric/American?
