Someone managed to do it ... can't find the post off hand, but look on avic411.com. I've got an 02, so it's not a problem for me, but you are right the 03 has MOST, and there is more work to do.

I put the Pioneer unit in. And I relocated the climate to the bottom.

relocating climate control

To relocate the climate control to the bottom on the radio console do you need any special parts? Is this a complicated task?
