Default How's this price?

The C4 cab that I mentioned in an earlier post definitely needs a clutch. The dealer is replacing it today. this is the deal:

Silver/Black
1 year left on the CPO warranty
50,000 miles on odometer
Interior condition is very good
Exterior shows some stone chips on the nose and some scratches on the rear bumper. The rest of the paint looks fine.
Rear tires are new, fronts have about 5,000 miles left if i had to guess
Since the dealer is replacing the clutch they are also doing a PPI on the car.
Top is in good condition
Updated Alpine radio with integrated IPod connection (still has the old unit)

Selling price will be $39-40K.

Feedback appreciated

I missed you original post. Is this from a private party or dealer? If from a dealer no way it can only have 1 year of CPO left. It is either CPO or not and if so, 2 years when you take delivery.

What year is the car? It sounds like it is a 99-01 model and for high 30's that sounds like a good price.
