what applications are you looking to use these seats for? If it's for DE, you will want to check with your region to see if they're allowed since there doesn't look like there is a anti-sub passthrough hole nor holes to secure the lap belt.

It's for daily driving and HPDE through PDA (merged w/NASA) on the east coast. I don't believe they care much about seats or restraints as long as driver and passenger are the same.
