Default header removal/install tips?

So i'm swapping my headers and exhaust today. from what i have read it seems those bolts are a pain to get off, so they're soaking in liquid wrench right now. i have a few conflicting things i have read about the actual removal though. i've seen people say they should be removed cold, while others say the bolts are easier to take out with the headers warm. also is the torque for the bolts really 25 lb/ft? if so that would make sense why the heads of the bolts break so often. and finally, are the head bolts reuseable? or would new bolts be suggested. any tips and info would be appreciated! thanks!

they do break you dont want that so use a heavy duty extension and a breaker bar when removing them. break them loose with a snaping motion instead of applying pressure, you want to break them loose not twist them off, I wouldnt reuse them and make sure to apply anti sieze on reassembly
