No it is not normal, PAG even went to the trouble of publishing a TSB for the squeak coming from the Clutch Pedal and another for the squeak coming from the Clutch Guide Tube. Literally stick your face down in the pedal area and make sure that the noise is originating from down there. It is real easy to confuse the two. If lubricating the clutch pedal bushings (red arrows in image below) as recommended above doesn't work then try the suggestions in the TSB(s).
Porsche warns specifically not to lubricate the return spring unless you have a MY98, starting with MY99 they used a special coating.

My clutch squeaks like crazy, but I was told they need to get at the master cylinder or something... basically getting right at the clutch. My squeak is NOT coming from the pedal though, it's coming from the back. I'll just deal with it when (if) my clutch gets replaced. I'm still on the original and it still works great.

On my '99, they lubricated it and then when it came back they replaced the spring under warranty.
Same issue with my GT3 and it was lubricated.
How did they screw this up? The technology is at least 80 years old!
