I'm starting to look for a well-kept, nicely-modified and sanely-driven 996.

Just in case anyone is on the bubble here is what I'm looking for:

2002 - 2004 C2 or C4S.
Tiptronic.
Fewer than 45,000 miles (depending upon the year, of course, & not a hard number).
Exterior color, in order of preference: black, midnight blue, white, slate.
Interior color, in order of preference: black, grey, beige / tan. Full & supple leather a plus.
Desireable mods: suspension, wheels, exhaust.

I'm not selling my 993. I want a tip 996.

I'm patient, but certainly understand the need to jump on the right car. The car could be right because it hits all the targets or because, although it may miss a few, it's priced right.
