Continental warranty was 800 dollars cheaper on my Mercedes and had 2 more years of coverage (6 years/100k miles). However, I would not reccomend them as they've been a real hassle to deal with when something goes wrong. Twice they sent an adjuster to look at the part that failed, and it cost an extra few days each time. They approved the repair both times, but who needs this kind of nonsense?
Go with warranty direct, I would if I could do it over.
