JIC CROSS Coilover Promotion
Offering a special deal to Forum Guys!
As a long time JIC distributor and installer, we are offering the new JIC CROSS Coilovers for the 996C2/C4 owners. I have personally used these on almost every car I have owned. 996C2/C4, RX8, Drift S13, EVO, STI. The Japanese racing suspension has reviewed well by many in the Internet and Competition community. In fact JIC USA owner, Jon, has been racing and tuning Porsche since 1984. His drive to continually grown and advance suspension for Porsche has led to one of the best coilovers on the market.
The JIC CROSS coilover for the 996C2/C4 fits all 99-04 cars. The coilover is JIC's flagship coilover for the European product line. The coilovers offer 15 Way adjustable compression and rebound. Easily accessible on the front and rear coilovers, this gives the ability to make necessary adjustments with ease on or off the track for optimal handling conditions.
One thing the JIC CROSS Coilovers offer that the some of the competition does not is front adjustable camber plates and rear pillowball mounts. These are the plates on the top of the shock that replace your factory rubber mounts. The front strut tops are made out high grade aircraft aluminum and include a race bearing for longevity. The front camber plates install just like your stock strut tops would, however these can give you up to 3 degrees of negative camber and provide a more rigid and improved handling. The rear pillowballs are similar but without the camber adjustment. For maximum camber adjustment, use our Agency Power Control Arms.
In addition to the high quality features that the JIC CROSS coilovers offer, they also utilize a Monotube Nitrogen Gas Damper. This monotube design is more durable and provides better movement then the conventional twin tube style. All parts are anodized or finished to prevent any corrosion from occuring. The lower shock bracket is easily adjustable. Ride Height can be adjusted in minutes with the included spanner wrenches and you can also adjust the spring perch for spring sag. JIC also includes a strong front sway bar link to be used with the kit.
All JIC CROSS Coilovers come fully assembled and preset for your Porsche vehicle. Vivid Racing includes a STREETABLE 7kg/10kg spring rate. However, we also do custom spring rates for FULL Racing or FULL street driving. As an authorized installer and extreme experience in setup for the Porsche, we can guide you to the handling you want.
Vivid Racing used these coilovers on its previous 996C2 that was featured in Modified L&E and Total 911.
