Which tires are these? Pilot Sports are unidirectional. PS2's and Sport Cups are asymetrical, i.e. they different inner and outer patterns.

Do you mean that once mounted you wouldn't switch sides? If so, why?
maybe I misunderstood.......usaually with signif neg camber we have uneven (inside...on both sides) .......switching right to left accomplishes nothing in that regard...so thought he was talking dismount-remount.

......either way I still wouldn't do it.

Original Pilot Sports ARE directional.

My guess is the PS2 since they were off a GT3. Hence the "outer" on his tires.

Yes, there is only "outer". What if I mount stock rims with 17mm spacers still attached=would that not look COOL!
Just kidding!!

I would keep them rotating in the same direction once they are mounted. No basis for that other than that is what my dad always told me growing up. I have the PS2 ribs and they are directional. They also seem to were about the same, I am not sure I would see an advantage rotating them side to side.

If you think about it, the best traction in the world is asymmetrical (read, treadless). That said, I've driven both directional and asymmetrical tires and I think the trade-off between the two is between dry and wet traction (the directional being better at the latter).

As for the tires, I do know that the PS2 is asymmetrical while teh Pilot Sport (N0) is directional. Do you happen to have a photo in order to see to what you are referring? Frankly, just looking at the tread should be enough to tell you.

If you are running significant amounts of camber and are getting severe camber wear; then your problem is with your alignment and not your tires. Flipping tires won't fix incorrect camber settings.
