Default Seat Belt Question

I have a set of guards red seat belts (fronts only) in great condition that I want to sell. The problem I have is that I don't know if they are for a 996 coupe or a 996 cab (or is there no difference). I also am not sure if they will fit all 996 models (GT2, GT3, etc.) and years or just some. Can anyone shed some light on these questions? Thanks.

If it is a cab it does not have the piece that secures the belt to the bracket behind the seasts. The cab belt will not work in a coupe ( and visa versa).

Do you mean the height adjuster on the pillar in a coupe (mine is an '02)?

I hadnt heard about the cab/coupe thing, I thought you could open that up and put the belt inside there, but maybe I am wrong, but I do know that 99-01 and 02+ use different belts.

Let me assure you the cab and coupe belts are different and they are not interchangeable. I had to send mine back to Gert cause he sent me coupe belts for my cab...the good news was that I can now change belts in a cab in under 5 minutes.
