Default Incredible sighting this morning in NY

Driving into work this morning heading south on the Hutch at about 6:45 and coming at me on the northbound side was a silver F430 spyder that I see often followed by, what has to be one of only a handful in the states, a Pagani Zonda. It was INSANE! The sound was intoxicating. The car was a burgundy color. WOW!!!!!!

Yeah, that must be something to see that kind of car on your freeway... I can only relate it to the car magazine that test drove one of those beast. Here in Bay Area, I see a lot of P-cars, occasionally a Ferrari or Lambo. Oh yesterday I saw the new Z06 for the 1st time in real, looks great and the rear tires are huge making it look mean and strong from behind

Cool! I guess it wasn't raining yet. Was pouring this morning in Jersey.

Saw a McLaren F1 a couple of weeks ago, never seen a Zonda in person.

It really amazed me too, even where I live, which is car heaven. I see just about everything out there almost daily from F's, Lambo's, CGT's(my brothers), and such. But the Zonda is so rare it blew me away.

I'm not sure about the legality of it, but it's was right there cruising up the Hutch. Wild!

Theres a silver zonda in franklin lakes nj--I saw coming out a side streer and followed for a bit. Something like less than 50 in US -- prolly $500k-$750 to import and then not street legal

I almost saw an exotic the other day. I was in North Carolina on a business trip driving from Durham to Greenville in a rural area and on the opposite side of Highway 264, I see the glimmer of GT Silver on what appears to be a CGT. As it gets closer, it still looks like a CGT. As it passes, it is a freakin MR2 with a CGT body kit! Now that is something I have never seen before...and hope to never see again!

One thought on this... if the car is not street legal, then it cannot be issued plates. Are you saying that the car was driving without plates?

If that's the case, then someone has a lot of ***** to be driving through and area infested with cops without plates.

Yeah, I come in sometimes Fri/Sat night for dinner. I also just moved my office to the city. I drive my allroad most of the time but every once and a while I take the Porsche.

I've been trying to remember if I saw plates but I don't remember. All I keep seeing in my mental replay is the 4 tail pipe cluster in the center back of the car.
