Yes.

At the hockey hall of fame they were selling kids jerseys for $140. I found that Leafs jersey at the pro shop where I was playing my games for $40. Only problem, in Toronto is that I could only find Leafs jerseys.

Any hockey jersey is better than no hockey jersey

Yes, that's true.

Since I've lived in Jersey my whole life, I also root for the Devs since they came here in 1984.

BTW who did the Rangers play in the playoffs this year? Did they make the playoffs?

You're killing me. They get swept by the Devils in the first round. The Olympics killed the Rangers last year, so many of our top players went and there was nothing left in the tank when they came back.

They just signed Brendan Shanahan, so I'm excited about this year.

Gotta love the Lapis! The kind of blues I like to engage in every day

As for the jersey, the only one I own is a TB...after I lost my Caps jersey by getting oil from another car on it :ducking:

I know who they played. Just messing with you.

The Devs killed the Rangers and then the Canes killed the Devils. What does that say about the Rangers?

Hopefully in twenty more years, the chants will start again.....1994, 1994, 1994

You know what they call the Oilers? First loser. It really doesn't matter how far you get if you don't get the prize... losing is losing.

And 1994 just doesn't sound as good as 1940 so I don't think it will catch on.

LVDell,

You just moved to North Carolina so I don't think you are suffering like Riad and I.

Can you give my thumbs up on the C4S?

I guess you are right. Didn't start rooting for NC till this past year when we knew we wanted to move to NC. But growing up a BoSox fan really let's me feel your pain. Fortunately, the pain has been eased with the World Series year before last.

By the way, the C4S is looking nice, but that is one cute as a button daughter! Starting her early waring the hockey sweater at such the young age. At least you know she will grow up a sports fan.

BTW I'm a Yankee fan too.

Hopefully she plays hockey like her dad, but no pressure

Then you must really be hurting. This World Series drought you are going through must be painful

Not really, I'm 35 yrs old and remember no pennats between 1982-1995, which included having the worse record in baseball in 1989.

I admit winning three World Series in a row, and four out of five, and making the playoffs ten years in a row does spoil you.

As long as the Red Sox don't win another one.
