I don't know if there was a TSB, but I had a rattle with mine shortly after I got it. The dealer's service dept. tightened everything up, and that was the end of it. If you're handy you could try the same, or have the dealer do it.

The two technical service bulletins covering the Targa are:

"Targa Glass Sliding Cover Lift Mechanism Causes Rattling Noises" dated March 31, 2005

"Seal For Targa Roof Sliding Cover Has Been Modified" dated March 7, 2005.
