Default So where do i buy ROW M30 from?

i am 98% certain that i will get ROW M30 for my car unless i see something amazing this weekend at the porsche drive. but i think i pretty much made up my mind. the question is, where is best place to get it from?

i looked a bit online:
carnewal is $1251 including shipping (PSS9 is 2453.275 USD)
suncoast is $1115 (not sure about shipping & tax)

what other good places should i check?

You should also check Brandywine Porsche in PA. or Sunset Imports (Porsche) in Oregon.

I paid less than that from Boardwalk in Dallas. The bigger problem may be getting one period. When I ordered mine in December, no dealer in the us had an 02-04' Carrera Coupe M030 suspension in stock. The factory only had one in stock and we had it air freighted to make sure I would get it.

I'm interested to know what the fitting cost will be - any care to share their experience?

Thx.

Chris.

I purchased my ROW030 from my local dealer for $1100. Most dealers should price match the Sunset, etc. Online price. Everyone has to order the kit from Germany, so the pricing should be the same.

There are different kits for different cars. This is because the cars models are different weights, so they need different springs. Tell the parts counter what year & type of 996 you have, and let them figure out the part number.

For the other costs, figure the following:

Installation:
DIY: 1 days time
Dealer install: $800-$1000 - includes alignment
4-wheel alignment (If you DIY) $150

So total cost is between $1250 & $2100, depending on how handy you are with tools.

Here is a narrative of my ROW030 install

Call Stevens Creek Porsche and ask for Russell Fong.

Install is pretty easy. It took my 5 hours to do it, but that included a 1.5 hour break. There is FAQ on Renntech that has the entire directions. Afterwards, be sure to get it aligned. The alignment will run about $150.

When you order, you should say it is an 03 Cab, (2WD or 4WD) and (manual or auto)
