If you believe that integrity matters, read on:
Eric has been working on color-match painting my interior using his multi-step process. He advised that due to a minor imperfection on one of the pieces, he would re-do it and apologized for inconvenience.
Jeez, in my extensive experience pretty much any other vendor (other than Rennlist sponsors, of course) would have sent it anyway and hoped the imperfection was not noticed.
I'm going through quality issues with home improvement companies and thus am especially sensitive to quality control or lack thereof.
This kind of integrity is rare enough that I felt it worth mentioning, for those who are considering Eric to perform mods on their cars.
