err, if your xenons are on when you start the car the DRL was done incorrectly and you should take it back to whoever modified it!
That's interesting, if true. Are you pretty confident about that? Because I had the Porsche Litronic conversion done by a dealer when I got my '00 last year, and my 'daytime running lights' are the main headlights. The only thing that changes when I turn the headlight switch on is that the dash lights up. Seems so wasteful.
