Cleaning the Full Leather Interior
I have a C4-S with the full leather interior.
Of those with a full leather interior how and how often do you clean it?
With a "normal" dash in past cars a damp cloth was just fine. But I fear doing the same on leather would make it dry and/or crack prematurely. With leather seats I only cleaned/conditioned them every 2 or 3 months or as needed but it seems like it would be impractical to do the same for the more intricate leather interior.
Thoughts?

Lexol products work fine, but don't overdo it. You can use warm soapy water and a soft cotton cloth to clean spots if needed. I use Lexol Leather Cleaner and Lexol Conditioner no more than twice a year. It will cause buildup if you use it too much.
But give it a try and see how it goes.

I slightly prefer the Zymol spray leather cleaner, and the cream Connolly hide food sold by British car dealers/suppliers.
The Connolly conditioner definitely penetrates better, and as such must not be left on an excessive time nor applied too frequently.

The parts guy at the local dealership seems very knowledgeable and highly recommended einszett leather care products. Apparently they're a german company that specializes in developing products for german cars, porsche being one of them. Seems to works pretty well, doesn't make the leather greasy or shiny. (no affiliation with them)
