Okay here is the thing, I just bought some extended warranty as some of you may know, they recommend me to get 30,000 miles full maintaince on my car, so just in case if I need to file a claim in the future, which that could be a hassle and I don't want to give them any reason to deny my claim cause I didn't do my maintaince on time.
So anyway I have a set of dansk exhaust will have RUF to put it on for me (exhaust installation) plus 30,000 miles full maintaince (including filter, oil change etc.....) all together for $700 cash. What do you guys think of this price?
by the way dealership wants to charge me $900 for 30,000 miles maintaince alone.

Unless the warranty explicitly says that you must have the dealer do the service then I think taking it to RUF Auto Centre or some other independent mechanic who specializes in Porsches is a good idea.

Excellent guys and friends of mine. There hourly rates are lower than the dealer mainly because they do not provide a loaner car. All ex-dealer guys and now have Ruf to call in Germany for performance help. You will not be dissapointed!

RUF has Porsche Certified Mechanics, so they can certainly do maintenance without any warranty issues. Hans, who runs the shop, was the service manager, and Wayne, who runs sales, was a long-time saleman for Boardwalk Porsche. Both left with Boardwalk's blessing to start RUF Autocentre. There are very close ties today between both shops. RUF gets all their factory parts from Boardwalk and Boardwalk sends people to RUF for modifications that won't void warranties. Neither business would have any complaints for going to the other for service.
