I've got the six letter production code list. Where do I go to find out what the status of the car is now that I know what the code means. Is there a web site, or do I have to keep going to the dealer and asking him?

If I can go to a web site, is the only thing I'll need is a production number, or is there something else?

My dealer has told me that only Porsche dealers have access to the Porsche production codes on orders placed.

I have been getting only weekly updates from my dealer on the production codes of the vehicle which I ordered for an April build and it seems to have gone from PLPROD (Vehicle is Planned for Production) to CMPPRD (Vehicle Completed Production) within the last week. <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />

I hope someone knows of a site to monitor the production codes on ordered Porsches as I feel like a real pain in the backside bugging the dealer for this information on a daily basis as I have reluctantly refrained from doing to date.
