Default Gauge Face Install

I have searched here and Renntech DIY and can't find a procedure for changing to Aluminum gauge faces. Does anyone have one written up. I have some instructions that came from Brandywine, and there are some instructions in the factory manuals, but I am wondering if there are any gotchas? I don't want to screw up my cluster. The instructions sound too easy. I have the cluster out, but haven't started taking the needles off yet. There is a tool that came with the kit from brandywine that seems very large or the job at hand. Thanks for any help.

it is easy...the only thing to watch is the needles....I remember there was a certain trick to getting them back on in the exact same position.....

I took pictures of the diales b4 I pulled the needles to mark their positions. Still had to pull the cluster a couple of times to make it perfect. Be carefull not to scratch the leather on the dash also.
