is it possible to remove the map holder? I looked at the connectors and they are solid with no grooves to unscrew then detach it. my drill will not fit at the angle in order to properly drill the brake pedal top screw points. Any suggestions or pointers?

I bought these about 1-1 1/2 year ago and have had them installed since. No issues with them outside the screw sometimes picks up the end of the floor mat so I placed some double tape on the floor mats and problem gone. Probably really just need to trim the ends off, maybe someday. Oh by the way they have held up just fine!

Or, press the pedal all the way down with one hand and drill with the other.

When the pedal is down to the floor, the 'angle of dangle' for the drill is improved.

I managed it that way and never even used my right angle drill adapter!

Am I looking at the correct ones on eBay, listed by 'orangehuang531'? If so they are $99 + $25 shipping...is that really a deal? If so I am in on a 'group buy' !

These are the only ones I see with the word 'Porsche' on them.

Aside from looking cool, do aluminum pedals actually do anything? I would hate to scrape my shoe against the side of one of these things!

Post #28 got an extra 20-30 BHP and 0.5 sec off 0-60 time. I only got 10 HP. Maybe you will get the good set.

Just improves the look of the car and gets rid of the dirty hideous rubber pedals while making heel-toe easier. Also massive horsepower gains, at least 50whp .... add a few NOS stickers and you'll be hangin with the CGT guys

Well is there going to be a group buy on this? And if so how does that work? I can tell you that the same ebay seller has another listing with 10 sets.

Let me know if and how this group buy will work as I am in, but if I do not hear from anyone say in a day I will buy a set by myself, I need the additional HP
