Thanks for the heads-up of alignment - and great photo how-to
Just got my set from 5th Gear but they arrived with no screws.....
Assume everyone else got mounting hardware?
Or doesn't it matter, as I have to buy the longer ones for the gas pedal any way?
Anyone used self tappers rather than the nut/bolt approach?
Many thanks,
Chris.

they are not slippery at all! I think it made my P a little faster..little more torque in the lower RPM's...but this might just be an illussion....becaus they look so damn good!!

The size of bolts/screws that come with it are #4 tappered flat head Philips 3/4" long. That's lond enough for the brake and clutch pedals. But for the accelerator pedal get 1" long. You can also use a thicker #6 bolt/nut; fits fine. Make sure they are stainless steel or else they'll rust.
Sounds like a trip to Home Depot is in order

I also installed those on mine, they look great. I used self tapping screws on the gas and dead pedal. I also bought some self locking nuts (the nylock nuts that have the nylon insert) for the bolts as I was concerned with them working themselves loose and didn't want to have my brake pedal half attached going into a hairpin.
I paid $89 or $99 on eBay a month or so ago. They sat in the garage for about a month, but were easy to install once I got around to it. A 90 degree drill does help with the brake pedal. I clamped mine on the brake and clutch pedal before drilling.

Woooo Hooooooo!
Just installed my pedals and taken the machine out for a test drive
I used self tapping screws for all fittings, a black #6 Phillips self tapper, with an oval head which nicely complements the rubber nobbles on the pedals. (Home Depot)
Thanks for everyone's advice - made it a quick install.
Clamping is good, starting with the brake pedal is also good.
I drilled, tapped and screwed in the bottom screw of the three on each of the center pedals to hold them in place, then aligned the logos level and did the top two holes and screws.
Made life easier.
Didn't need the right angle drill adapter, I could depress the pedals enough with my left hand, and angle the cordless drill to get the right angle of dangle for each hole.
For the dead pedal, I took out the existing screw, and just threaded a longer screw through the alu pedal, into the existing hole - worked perfectly.
Then drilled and tapped the bottom two holes in situ.
Gas pedal was easy, just slide the new pedal over a little so you can cover the existing gas pedal and align the PORSCHE logo at the same time.
Clamped and screwed in situ with the self tappers.
Quick Dyson around to pick up the bits not caught on the drop cloth - then Vrrrrroooooooooooom!
Feels very comfortable, nice grip, like the bigger surface area and the more solid feel.
And when I look down at my right foot through the steering wheel, I can see the PORSCHE logo on the brake pedal, looks great!
Good for an extra 20-30 BHP and 0.5 sec off the 0-60 time for sure
Chris.

Uh Oh!
Wifey has just seen the pedals - taken them for a test drive, and now wants a set for her Boxster!
I guess I'm off to EBAY for another set - should have thought of that and saved on shipping first time around.
Doh!
