Default Misfire at start-up - no CEL

Engine sounds like it's misfiring on cold start-up (actually since I detailed on the weekend)

Starts first time, sounds very rough.

No CEL at any time, and it does seem to go away after I've driven for a while.

Either that or I just can't hear it when on the road.

Likely that I could have a misfire and no CEL at all?

Dealer listened to the (now warm) engine and said 'they all run rough at start-up'

03 C2 with 8,500 miles.

Chris.

If it was a misfire you would feel it while driving, I think its possible to have a dirty MAS air, do a search and there are a few good tips on how to clean it. Your dealer is an idiot they dont all run rough on start up, Find a new dealer.
