A zex Dry kit.
I am having a stereo system installed at the same time, lol, so my power to weight ration will be the same with the N20 on as it would be stock, lol!
It my engine blows, I will be the first 996 with a single turbo supra engine swap done. lol!

A dry kit definately sounds like a good way to go. Be sure to post pics of the install. I always like to see people do new and differnt things to their cars. Maybe it wil be a new trend? Does this kit activate at WOT or is it swith controlled? I would hate to roll up to a Porsche on the street and see a shot of No2 blow out of the purge valve Good luck.

Good luck, but personally I think you will damage your engine. The M96 is pretty much maxed out (3.8 will be about the limit). Many aftermarket companies have tried to do forced induction and have blown engines. TPC now has a SC but that won't be out for a bit, When outfits try to TC it they have to do some major engine strengthening. If you do nitrous I would do wet before dry.

A wet system seems a little excessive for a 60 H.P. shot don't you think? I think that wet kits are best used with intakes designed for wet flow and forced induction applications which the 996 does not have. If this were a carburated car then I would say go for the wet kit but EFI cars are designed only to flow air and nothing else. A dry kit is much simpler and safer for this application.

nitrious on a 996 defeats the purpose of the whole car and makes me laugh at you. Stockton I mean compton says it all. Don't be a moron. If you want to squeze on something don't pay the money for a german car. buy some japanese pos and pay for the build up and enjoy it.

Gimmie a couple of months, the mullet will be in full effect... Trying to decide between that style or the 2Fast2Furious style Either way I think the results would be interesting to see...

contact v8huntr. I think he had nos on his car (996) before he put on the supercharger. if you're from the viper community I'm sure you've seen his viper... it's a red gts with twin turbo chargers AND nitrous AND propane running 1087rwhp.

I'D LIKE TO HEAR HOW THIS WENT.IF YOU START SMALL AND WORK YOUR WAY UP TO LARGER SHOTS OF N2O IT WOLD BE SAFER.DO A TEST RUN,WATCH FOR CHECK ENGINE KIGHT FLASHING,PULL A SPARK PLUG AND CHECK FOR DAMAGE,ETC.
