Fuel Pump
My car's fuel pump is officially unrepairable and the whinning noise can be heard 10 meters away!
1)Please does anyone have the part number of the pump? (porsche part number and Bosch part number if any equivalent)
2)Are there more than one pump in the car knowing that the noise is eminating from the front only
3)My car is Canadian origin, is the european fuel pump part the same type?
4)Finally, does a bad pump create loss of power to the engine? (rpm hardly gets over 5k)

3. The part number I gave you is for US and Canadian cars
4. Could cause loss of power (low fuel pressure) or could leak, or could stop (at any time).
