This from my stereo install thread:
To remove the door panel unsnap the cover on the grab handle. Behind this are two T30 Torx screws. There is also a plastic screw in the armrest (careful, it strips easily), a 3mm allen screw behind the airbag plug, and a phillips screw behind the latch (I forgot to mark this one in the pic). The triangular panel near the rearview mirror unsnaps at the base and slides up. Once you remove all the screws the door panel unsnaps around the bottom, front and rear edges, then slide it up and out of the window seal channel. There's a few plugs to disconnect and the latch if you want it all the way off.
The subs in the doors are 5" - 5 1/4" will fit, Focal 5WS fit perfectly.

Ok so there is something holding the Airbag on. I had everything loose except the Airbag plug. I'll look when I get home but I can't image where this allen is even viewing this picture.. Thanks also, for the heads up on the speaker size, at least now I may be able to order.

I'm not sure if they're the "best" sounding, but they sound really good (with sufficient power). I was skeptical at first, but wanted to try them because my kids ride in the backseats and I didn't want to give up any room. Rod the Porsche stereo guru at http://www.caraudioinnovations.com/ helped me put together this system - he da mang.
