Question Opinions on B&M short shifters....

Worth the money??? Easy to install???

I think so. Smooth - short shifts with a firm feel -- just like the factory race cars. Certainly better than the stock shifter.

The instructions from B&M are more than complete. 40-50 minutes following the instructions (probably 20-30 if I read them first and then just did it).

I just installed the B&M short shifter. What a difference! It is so much better than the stock unit. It probably took me about an hour. The instructions make it pretty easy. Definitely worth the money and time to install!

Probably the best bang for the buck on my '01 996. Very precise feel and really snaps into place. Great for turn 2 at Button Willow going from 2nd to 3rd.
