Huh? (taken heading down Vanalden in Tarzana, CA by my friend who was riding shotgun)

Amir,
Ive seen that Blue Cab on Ventura Blvd in Tarzana. I spoke with the owner for 5 seconds -- the plate means exactly what you opined.
In California, you have to explain the meaning of a proposed personalized license plate on the application. I don't know what explanation this guy came up with, nor how it slipped by the DMV checker, but you know there were a group of inmates in one of our prisons that got a good laugh making this plate.

Just an FYI, I was a commercial lender working in the San Fernando Valley including Calabassas, Woodland Hills etc and I can't tell you how many ****-related production studios there are around there.....Perhaps you sighted some of the "talent" out for an evening spin.
