Question 2002 3.6 Engine

My local dealer's sales staff claims that the 2002 911's 3.6 engine will be a "dry sump engine with a separate oil reservoir" like the Turbo and GT3 have. This could mean the 2002 3.6 is really a detuned GT3 engine. Anybody know if this is true or is the new 3.6 based on previous 3.4 engine?

The 2002 3.6 is still based on the water-cooled 3.4 M96. No dry sump.

Unhappy

Thanks for response. Too bad, I almost started to want a new Porsche for the first time in a while.
