Read the questions at the bottom of the eBay ad. One of the questions:

Q: Dear Sir, Ps . This Soiler will only fit for the Turbo, will not fit 996C4S Heinz Meis , Gemballa NA
Apr-26-06
A: Thanks for the info Heinz...Mike
Is Heinz Meis really from Gemballa North America? I don't know but if he is then you might want to listen to him.

Either way I wouldn't want a Soiler on my car.

Rob, I guess there is a reason they call it a "spoiler!"

livefreeand drive: if you'd like, i can get you a 996 wings GT2 style one at discount. Misha authorizes a pretty hefty discount for Rennlist and 6speed online members.

as for whether or not that specific lid will fit, i can't answer myself. The turbo uses different pannels from the narrow bodies, but the C4s is a widebody like the turbo, except it has that reflector piece...i dunno..maybe you could get it to fit? Is the width and dimensions of the decklid portion the same as the stock one on the C4S?

That is my question. I have seen similair wings on a C4S and I cannot remember if the brake light below the rear window is still used?? I agree, that local pick up is a bit much. The seller says he has a lot of interest so yesterday he raises opening bid from 449 to 650??

Yes and no. It will bolt on your car, but the c4s/tt aerokits differ slightly re the rear wing/deck. There are different cutouts for fan, snorkel mounting, etc, the c4s one is also drilled out to accept the reflector strip. You will also need the aerokit wire harness, 350$ from porsche. The kit also blocks out the third light, easy enough to do. The kit should include the front aero lip as well. I've seen those kits go for around 2k on ebay.
I wouldn't bother with the mishagt2 wing if I were you, no AD testing at all, trust me on that one.

^ surgeon makes a good point, the misha wing isn't aero tested. Most kits (exceptions being techart and RUF, and 9ff probably too) arn't aero tested so its a trade off between style and the absolut most aero efficiency.

I found misha's wing squirrely at the track at high speed, until I added a front TT lip which made it better but not perfect. It also has significantly more lateral drag than the factory aerowing, I could literally hear it at speed. The angle of attack is also radically different than the oem version, as is it's Ht, about 7-10 degrees and 3", that's significant. If you look at a real GT2 side by side, the differences are even more pronounced. It's a nice quality aftermarket peice, don't get me wrong, it's just not sorted out at all aerodynamically, probably better suited for bling/street uses rather than the track. When I went from the MishaGT2 to the oem aero, the differences at the track were dramatic, one wild, one planted.
Those ebay prices aren't that bad, and one could probably make the TT deck fit(fan, etc), that's your best bet. Plus a car with an oem aerokit is a hell of a lot easier to sell than an aftermarket one later.
