Hello
It is part of The Porsche Cub of America website...you have to be a member of PCA to enter....The Mart, among other things, lists Porsches for sale by members....a lot of the same cars are listed in the PCA Magazine, Panorama..
It is a great source for finding a used Porsche...typically there are 300 to 400 Porsches listed.
Find a friend who is a member or if you own a Porsche, then join PCA

There is an online membership form. Just fill it out and use your credit card and you are done.

Yes, but you can get a PCA Quest membership. PCA Quest is $40 for a one-time 6 month subscription. It includes 6 months of Panorama Magazine and access to the PCA Mart.
